Do you ship outside of the United States?
We do not offer direct shipping out of the contiguous United States at this time, but have plans to introduce by the end of 2018. There are 3rd party services like Ship To that allow you to forward parcels overseas which you can use in the meantime.

What is an enema?
An enema is a delivery method that introduces a volume of liquid into the rectum. Enemas can act as a laxative and can be used for the relief of constipation. Enemas can be used prior to a medical procedure when prescribed by your doctor.
Is it easy to clean and dry the enema bulb?
Yes! For a really thorough cleaning, add a couple ounces of warm, soapy (dish detergent) water and hold bulb upright. Squeeze most of the air out. Then, press the sides of the bulb together and scrub the inner walls of the bulb against one another from all different angles. When done, empty and rinse well until pure water comes out. Once bulb is rinsed inside and out, hold upside down and squeeze forcefully a few times to expel as much water as possible.
What position is best for insertion of the enema bulb?
The best positions are either lying down on your left side, on your back or in a knee to chest position.
I'm trying a coffee enema for the first time. What if I can't hold it?
