Finely ground

We love the coffee but it is so finely ground that it sometimes overflows the basket in our traditional coffee pot (not the drip counter model.)

Great Product/Kit

I like to give reveiws on products that I've had the opportunity to use. I will continue to purchase the coffee for as long as it's available. I have found there is no reason to not get it if you are able. When I first purchasesd the kit I had to learn how to use it. I'm so glad it's a bucket and not a bag. It takes me about an hour to prep, use and sanitize the products all together but it's worth it. I love any kind of holistic approach to health and well being. I feel that you have to try it more than once. I never thought I would ever do an enema. I was introduced to the thought from my holistic doctor who also recommended Aussie specifically. He said it's a great way to stimulate the vagus nerve. It took me a year to decide and I'm glad I did. Thanks so much for making a trusted product to benefit our health.

Product Description

After several months of researching the most preferred grind, roast, coloration, acidic level, smells and sizes for coffee enemas from sources across America and worldwide, we sourced and formulated our own high-quality beans and roasted them to the ideal temperature for enema use. Our Arabica coffee beans were sourced, roasted and ground in house to ensure that they remain 100% pure. Recommended by the The Gerson Institute, a leading US non-profit organization that specializes in enema use, our beans are given a medium/light roast at 419° to ensure a smooth blend that is easy to absorb.

When using roasted coffee for enema use it’s very important to use very high-quality non-toxic coffee beans. For this reason we sourced specialty grade organic beans that were 100% USDA approved and devoid of all toxic chemical pesticides and fertilizers. Our enema coffee beans have been certified by the Washington State Department of Agriculture, as well as being inspected under the official coffee “q-grade” system to be free of primary defects and bad odors.

Enema Coffee FAQs

How do I prepare the coffee? And how much should I use?

Short answer: Take 3 flat tablespoons of Aussie Health Co ground organic coffee and add it to 1 quart of distilled water in a pot and let it boil for 3 minutes and then simmer for 20 minutes. Strain and cool until the water is body temperature.

For the longer anwer, with full instructions, we've created a FREE guide that you can download here :)

I can’t seem to hold my enema coffee… what can I do?

It happens to everyone at some point or another, especially when you’re just starting to do coffee enemas. On occasion, one may experience difficulty holding the coffee enema for the full recommended 12-15 minutes. Fear not, we’ve come up with a list of tips and tricks for you, in case you find yourself unable to hold an enema.

How high should I hang the bucket/bag?

The bucket/bag should be hung at a height of 20" or more from where your rectum will be. The purpose is to make sure there is enough height so the flow from the bucket will be strong enough. You may have to try different heights to find which height works best for you.

This might sound strange... but can I drink this coffee?

Yes. While the roast level and grind are specifically created to be ideal for enema use, it’s fresh roasted, ground, organic coffee and is absolutely safe to drink.

Where and how was this coffee roasted?

Our enema coffee hails from the coffee capital – Seattle, Washington – and is roasted in a drum roaster.

Is that a hole I see above the label?

Nope! That is a one way valve. Coffee de-gasses (no pun intended) when ground fresh and the bag will expand and potentially burst if there isn't a one way valve for the gasses to escape from.
