ENEMA PRODUCT USAGE
How do I clean and dry the enema tube?
Most of our customers wash the tube with warm and soapy water with a bit of hydrogen peroxide. It is very important to hang the tube straight and vertically, NOT coiled until they are completely dry. Coiling will dramatically slow down drying and promote mold growth. Remember, everything must be completely dry before you put it away. :)
How high should I hang the bucket/bag?
The bucket/bag should be hung at a height of 20" or more from where your rectum will be. The purpose is to make sure there is enough height so the flow from the bucket will be strong enough. You may have to try different heights to find which height works best for you.
How many times can I use the tips?
This is actually a personal preference. Some people like to wash and re-use whilst others feel more comfortable just using a single time.
I received multiple tips with my kit. What are they all for?
The clear ones are for enemas. The short white one is for enemas also but can also have other parts such as a colon tube attached to it. The long white one is for enemas also or for vaginal douching.
How do I use the clamp?
Have a look at page 3 of our guide showing how to insert the tube through the clamp correctly. We also recommend watching this video on how to use the clamp if you’re struggling. We know it can be a little fiddly, but once it's through the right way it should work perfectly!
I can’t seem to hold my enema coffee… what can I do?
It happens to everyone at some point or another, especially when you’re just starting to do coffee enemas. On occasion, one may experience difficulty holding the coffee enema for the full recommended 12-15 minutes. Fear not, we’ve come up with a list of tips and tricks for you, in case you find yourself unable to hold an enema.

Do you ship outside of the United States?
We do not offer direct shipping out of the contiguous United States at this time, but have plans to introduce in 2019. There are 3rd party services like Ship To that allow you to forward parcels overseas which you can use in the meantime.
What are my shipping options (and rates)?
For our enema kit range we offer free expedited shipping (allow to 2 to 3 days), while for our Probiotics we offer free standard shipping (allow 2 to 7 days) since they require more careful handling and it therefore costs us more to provide free shipment.
